This is a brief how-to guide for new joiners. Please use it as a reference for any future updates.

You will then access the application, on a page that looks like this

Explore

Once you are in the application, you start exploring the data using the filters

1. High-level sector: Select one sector to filter results. You can today choose between footwear, bags, clothing, fashion accessories, home decor, personal care, other. More sectors will be added over time

   

2. Product category: each sector has a different category tree. Use this field to filter results

   

3. Product Subcategory: each category has its own subcategories. You can either filter them or leave them all selected

   

4. Brand: Use this field to select any brand you want. You can select up to 10 brands simultaneously (if you exceed no worries, you just won’t be able to see some charts)

   

5. Keyword search: Our most requested feature :) You can search any keyword in product names. This will filter results

   

Remember: all filters applied will appear on top of the page, you will be able to change them if needed

Results

Results are charted on the main body of the page, but remember: there are more charts below, so keep in scrolling down :)

1. Jitter chart: Each point is a single product, grouped by brand

   

2. Images: all products are shown (sorted by price)

   

3. Jitter chart and pie chart by subcategory

   

4. Price range chart

   

5. Average price and pie chart by brand

   

More charts will be added over time, remember to give your feedback :)
